Turkey Breast with Maple Glaze Print Recipe
Serves 4
1 1/2 pound turkey tenderloins or turkey breast
¼ cup maple syrup
¼ cup low sodium soy sauce
1 cup canned chestnuts lightly chopped
.Preheat oven to 375
1. Mix together soy sauce and syrup then put the turkey
on a roasting pan and coat with the glaze then put in the
oven and cook for fifteen minutes.
2. Take the turkey out of the oven and baste with the pan juices
and glaze, add the chestnuts then put back in the oven and continue cooking for
fifteen more minutes.
3. Remove from the oven and let rest five minutes then slice and serve.
Tilapia with Leeks

2 tilapia filets
½ of the white part of a leek cut in strips
2 tablespoon soy butter
½ tablespoon thyme leaves
1 can nonstick spray
½ lemon squeezed
1. Heat a large sauté pan then spray it then add
the filets and cook five minutes on each side
then season with salt and pepper.
2. While the fish is cooking add leeks to the pan then add
½ a cup water, simmer two minutes, add butter and lemon
3. Put leeks on top of filets then pour on the pan liquid
Grilled Chicken with Basil and Soy
serving 4
4 skinless boneless chicken breast or thighs
8 basil leaves chopped
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon pepper flakes
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
1. Mix together the basil,soy sauce,pepper flakes,garlic then toss with the
chicken in a bowl , you can marinate over night in the fridge or grill right away.
2. Heat a grill or grill pan then lightly oil it then add the chicken and cook for at least ten minutes
on each side then serve.
