Broccoli with Parmesan                                                Print Recipe

Serves 4

2 heads broccoli cut in florets
½ a medium onion sliced thin
3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
¼ cup of olive oil

1. Bring two quarts water to a boil then add 1 tablespoon salt
2. Put the broccoli into the water and cook for four minutes then
Drain and set a side.
3. Heat the same pan on high heat then add olive oil , onions and
Garlic, stir for three minutes then add the broccoli and toss lightly.
4. Season with salt and pepper then sprinkle on the cheese and serve.

 Serves 4

1 butternut squash cut in half , seeds removed
1 tablespoon chopped ginger
¼ cup maple syrup
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons ground black pepper

Pre heat oven to 350
1. Put squash on a sheet pan with the cut side up
   then roast in the oven for 30 minutes
2. While the squash is roasting mix together the ginger
     And syrup, after the squash has been cooking fifteen
     Minutes spread the syrup mixture over the squash and
    Continue roasting .
3. When the squash is fork tender remove from the oven,
    Scoop out into a bowl, mix lightly and serve.
